Development
I was recently building an e-commerce solution for someone, and came across a rather irritating issue which after many hours of searching for a solution I still couldn't find any information on, and every solution I found didn't do what I needed it to do. The site is Drupal 6.x with Ubercart 2.x installed as the e-commerce shopping platform, these two products have been proven over and over again to be fantastic, but as I have recently found, it takes a little more than just standard...
I was going to wait until the new year to release this version of my site but I just couldn't wait any longer. Welcome to the new look boardyuk.com :-)
I have been working with Drupal 6 for months at work and I've come to absolutely love it, so when Drupal 7 hit BETA I had to start playing with it and seeing just what it could do. I was amazed even in 7 BETA how much of a step up it is from 6.19 which is what this site used to run. The admin system is just so much easier, everything...

It was about time I stopped thinking about...

Normally I'm pretty good with CSS and getting it to work cross-browser, however for some reason this time I didn't test all the way through the development in...
Well what a month this past month has been! I got moved back into my parents house and started the job search as nearly every graduate will have done, applied left, right and centre, I even had an interview with Apple! After not much luck at all I got a call from a nice guy called Nick who was recruiting for a developer role which he thought would suit me perfectly, it would involve me re-locating again but this really wasn't an issue to me so I got an interview arranged and off I trotted on...
